| How to make the
reservation: paying 20% of the full rental rate in advance or providing details of your credit card as a guarantee |
| How to send the advance: by bank transfer or by paypal. |
| how to provide credit card: by our "Reception on line" |
| How can the client
be sure of his reservation: when the owner will receive the advance, he will send to client a voucher as "Booking Confirmation" |
| What about the balance: it will be paid by bank or by paypal or in cash at arrival. |
| Cancellation policy: the owner is entitled to retain the advance in any cases. In case of cancellation done before more than 15 days from arrival, the client will not pay any more. In case of cancellation done less then 15 days before the arrival, the client will pay "the one night price" as fine, by bank transfer or by paypal. |

| Where to pick up
the keys: at the apartment, by making an appointment with the owner. |
| What happens at
check-in time: the Client will need to show a valid identification document (or copy of such). Upon handing over the keys, the owner may provide the Client with a contract of location. The Client agrees to undersign the said form, without prejudice to his right to supply in writing any observation or comment. |
